Assign WhatsApp phone number

Assign a WhatsApp phone number to route voice calls to this voice agent. When users initiate voice calls from WhatsApp to this number, the call will be handled by this agent.

Each voice agent can have multiple phone number assignments, but only one can be marked as primary. The primary number is used as the default for new calls.

Assignment rules:

• Phone number must exist in your project
• Phone number cannot be assigned to multiple voice agents simultaneously
• Only one assignment per agent can be primary
• Assignments can be enabled/disabled without deletion

After assignment:

• Voice calls to the phone number will route to this agent
• If is_primary=true, this becomes the default number for the agent
