What counts toward my message limit?
Kapso counts outbound messages (messages you send) toward your plan limit:
- Text messages
- Media messages (image, video, audio, document)
- Template messages
- Interactive messages (buttons, lists)
Not counted:
- Inbound messages (messages you receive)
- Reactions
- Read receipts
Can I add a second number on the Free plan?
No. The Free plan includes 1 WhatsApp number. Upgrade to Pro for up to 3 numbers.
Sandbox vs pre-verified numbers
Sandbox number — Free, shared with other users (but isolated). Use it for testing and development.
Pre-verified US number — A dedicated production number. Requires a small deposit that goes directly to your project credits. Available on all plans.
