Use these guides when you provide WhatsApp services to other businesses and want Kapso to run the messaging infrastructure or provide managed billing.
Multi-partner Solutions are in beta. Supported features, eligibility, pricing, and reporting intervals may change.
Choose an onboarding model
- Standard Kapso onboarding — customers sign up through Kapso’s Meta app. No Multi-partner Solution needed. Start with setup links.
- Your Meta app, customer pays Meta — customers authorize your app and pay Meta directly. No Multi-partner Solution needed. See Onboard customers with your own Meta app.
- Your Meta app, Kapso runs messaging — customers authorize your app; Kapso runs the infrastructure and can pay Meta fees from your credits. Requires a Multi-partner Solution.
- Your Meta app, your infrastructure — messages run through your own Meta integration; Kapso provides managed billing. Requires a Multi-partner Solution.
Requirements
Start with Create a Meta app, then become a Tech Provider.
The Multi-partner Solution paths also need a Platform or Enterprise Kapso project. See the full requirements.
Use Kapso infrastructure

Use your infrastructure
- Create and activate a Multi-partner Solution with Messages processed by: Your infrastructure.
- Launch Embedded Signup with your Solution ID through Meta’s SDK, not
@kapso/sdk.
